10th May “trail-loving” session

Only 3 hardy souls were successful in negotiating a leave pass for mothers day, but some good work was achieved.

Thanks to Mal for getting onto the over-grown grass on One Sunday Oval. I'll give it a few weeks to develop some new shoots and give it a dose of Roundup to keep it down for a while.

Thanks to John for some major earthworks and drainage on Honey B. It'll possibly need another crack after it's had a chance to settle down, but it's a major improvement for now.
I had a go at gravelling some of the muddy holes on Westie. Next task will be to get down as far as the ones on Rollin' Turd. Another day....

And while we didn't see Andy Actionslacks this morning, over the last month or two there's been a myriad of small touch-ups appearing all over the shop that have made a huge difference to lifting the overall experience and look to me like they've got his fingerprints all over them, so many thanks due to Andrew too.

Now's the time to start negotiating a leave pass for Sunday 14th June. See you all then.....

Al.
